Availability and Delivery

Suigarh products usually ship within 24 hours of getting ordered. Therefore, our delivery time is approximately 2-5 working days depending on the delivery location. Please note that the delivery time may vary from product to product and cannot be guaranteed.

Return Policy

Garments may be returned within 72 hours of receipt by the customer. A refund will be considered only upon inspection of the garment after it arrives back to the company and is evidently unused. Suigarh reserves the right to deny refund issuance if it believes an order has been worn or altered. (Please note that return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. Only shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by Suigarh.)
If there are any issues with the quality or fabrication of your garments, please e-mail here@suigarh.com within 72 hours of delivery. Within the e-mail, please describe your concerns with the garments and attach relevant photos. Our customer service executive team will reach out to you at the earliest to help resolve the issue.

Your Account

Suigarh does not take any responsibility for your usage of our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your computer. All activities under your account or password are your responsibility as a user.

Payment

All of our prices include VAT. You may pay via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Netbanking, BNPL or COD. The safety of your payment information is of paramount importance to us.
