  • Exchange via Physical Store:

    Garments bought online are allowed to be exchanged exclusively via email and are not processed at our physical stores.

    Upon submission of an exchange request, we are committed to expeditiously processing your request. Our dedicated support team will endeavor to respond within 24 hours. Please anticipate a response within 48 hours, with consideration for potential delays that may occur on public or national holidays.

  • Customer Responsibilities:

    Upon receiving an exchange confirmation email from our team, customers are kindly requested to ensure the responsible packaging of the item for exchange. We offer a complimentary pick-up service for exchanges, and it is the customer's responsibility to hand over the order to our designated delivery pick-up agent.

  • Self-Shipping:

    In the event of unforeseen challenges, such as a disaster affecting a specific location, our pick-up service may become unavailable. In such cases, customers are kindly requested to arrange the shipment themselves and share the courier company's invoice with us. We will promptly reimburse the incurred shipping expenses.

  • Damaged or Defective Products:

    In the unfortunate event that a product arrives in a damaged or defective condition, we urge our valued customers to promptly report the issue. We do not accept any damage complaints after 14 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the exchange request.

  • Exchange Request: Non-Convertible to Return and Refund:

    When a customer initiates an exchange request, it's important to note that this request is exclusively intended for exchange purposes. The process will result in the prompt dispatch of a replacement product, and no refund will be initiated in such cases. Once an exchange request is underway, it cannot be converted into a return and refund request. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are dedicated to ensuring a seamless exchange experience.

  • Extended Exchange Offer:

For your convenience and continued satisfaction, we also offer additional exchanges. Please note that a nominal fee of Rs. 399/- for handling and courier charges applies. This additional exchange option exemplifies our dedication to providing you with the best opportunities for your complete satisfaction.

RETURN POLICY

At Suigarh, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness, particularly for customers who are required to arrange the return shipment themselves.

Return Process: Self-Ship by Customer

In the case of return requests, including products purchased by customers residing outside of India, it is the customer's exclusive responsibility to arrange and cover the shipping costs for the return of the product to Suigarh. Please be aware that Suigarh does not provide a pick-up service for customers initiating a return and requesting a refund.

    • Returns are applicable exclusively to all apparel.
    • To qualify for a return and refund, the request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of product delivery.
  2. Submission of Return & Refund Request:

  3. Return at Physical Store:

    For customers who have made online purchases, please be advised that the option to return products at any of our physical stores is not available. To request a return and refund for online purchases, customers are required to follow the official process, which includes submitting a return and refund request and self-shipping the product to us in order to initiate the refund.

  4. Return Shipment Instructions:

This proactive approach is crucial to ensure a seamless processing of your refund. It is important to note that until the items reach our warehouse, we do not assume responsibility for them.

  7. Inspection and Refund:

    Upon arrival at our warehouse, our dedicated team will meticulously inspect the returned items to confirm their adherence to their original condition. Typically, this quality assessment process spans a duration of 5-10 business days. Upon acceptance of your return, we will proceed to initiate your refund.

  8. Failed Quality Check:

    In the event that an item fails to meet our stringent quality standards, you will receive notification via email. Subsequently, the item will be returned to you, with the associated cost incurred by you. To facilitate a successful quality inspection, kindly ensure that all product labels remain undisturbed and intact.

  9. Faulty Products:

    If you receive a damaged product, we strongly advise and kindly request that you opt for an exchange replacement. In the case of a return and refund request, please note that we do not provide a pick-up service, and it is the customer's responsibility to self-ship the item at their own expense. Additionally, we request that you provide images and videos illustrating the fault when submitting your request via email.

  10. Refund Process:

    Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the customer's shipment and can be expected within the following 6-7 working days. REFUND POLICY

  1. Refund Initiation Timeline:

    Your refund process will commence within 7-8 business days from the date of receiving your shipment. It's essential to recognize that the refund process follows a comprehensive quality check. We kindly request patience and understanding from our valued customers during this phase.

  2. Refund Schedule:

    Your refund is expected to be credited to the account used for order payment, typically within a window of 4-8 days following the initiation of the refund. It's important to acknowledge that the actual timeline for account credit is contingent upon various external agencies, including banks, payment gateways, and external couriers. We kindly request your patience and recommend allowing approximately 5-6 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

  3. Mode of Refund:

    For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes, or defective products delivered), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.

  4. Refund for Cash on Delivery Payments:

    Upon receipt of your shipment, our support team will contact you via email to request your bank details. These details should include your IFSC Code, Bank name, branch city, and Account number. We emphasize that such information must be strictly provided via email only. Please be aware that none of our staff will ever request sensitive information such as OTP or personal details beyond what has been mentioned above. This practice ensures the security of your financial information.

  5. Refund Non-Receipt:

    Upon successful refund processing, a unique refund ID will be provided. In cases of delay or failure to receive the credited amount by the specified date, it is mandatory that you promptly engage with your bank or wallet provider with an RNR number provided by us. You must initiate the formal process of filing a dispute or chargeback against the associated transaction.

    Submission of your bank or wallet statement is indispensable as compelling evidence of the debit, distinctly stating, "Money has been debited from my account, and I have neither received the services/product nor obtained a refund."

    Kindly be advised that the customer care department of the bank/wallet may not be equipped to assist in this matter. Exclusive resolution can be pursued solely through their dispute or chargeback department. This course of action is fundamental in safeguarding your financial interests.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your orders, we have established partnerships with renowned international delivery services, such as DHL or an equivalent service based on availability and location.

  4. Delivery Time India and International:

    The delivery time may vary depending on your location. All products are dispatched from our warehouse located in Gujarat, India and are dispatched in minimum possible time. Shipping and Delivery timings may vary depending upon the working hours of the concerned country and policies of our courier partners. An estimated delivery timeframe will be provided at the time of order confirmation. Please note that external factors such as unforeseen circumstances and natural disasters may impact delivery times.

  6. Delivery to Unserviceable Locations:

    Our trusted shipping partner will make up to three delivery attempts and will make contact with you during these attempts. In the event of three consecutive unsuccessful delivery attempts, the shipment will be returned to our facilities, and a re-dispatch will be subject to shipping charges.

    Should you not be available at your residence during the initial delivery, the courier will make efforts to contact you for a subsequent delivery attempt. You also have the option to directly reach out to the courier, providing them with the order tracking number, to coordinate a convenient delivery date.

  3. Alteration Request Process:

    To request an alteration for your custom-made garment, please follow these steps:

    2. Our team will arrange a pick-up of the garment to perform the requested alteration.
    3. Once the garment reaches our warehouse, we will promptly make the alteration.

    Please note that the alteration policy, as outlined above, is applicable exclusively to our local customers. Unfortunately, international customers are not eligible for alteration services.
